Venezuela on his way to reconciliation and unity

The Venezuelan government reaffirms its willingness to negotiate in order to obtain good results for the country, such as the end of the US economic war.
It is a tepid approach that recently seemed unthinkable due to the sabotage of the opposition led by Juan Guaidó. The ruling party applauds the dialogue and even calls the world to go and observe it.
On his side, the number two of Chavismo, Diosdado Cabello, welcomed the dialogue, although he questioned the intentions of Guaidó and his side. He also asked for maximum awareness of possible traps, while he distrusted the opposition.
These statements come days after the president of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, responded to a call for dialogue launched by Guaidó. He welcomed the opposition if “they abandon the path of war, the invasion, the attacks, the coup” and return “to the electoral path.”
Meanwhile, the National Electoral Council (CNE) called regional elections for next November 21, to which Maduro invites all fractions to participate.
