First sergeant, Alexander Guzmán, and the frigate lieutenant of the Bolivarian Navy, Víctor Mujica; in addition to the supervising sergeant of the Bolivarian National Guard, Jairo Gallardo Jaimes and Charry Martínez arrested for their alleged responsibility in trafficking of 60
packs of cocaine.

Mujica and Gallardo Jaimes were charged as immediate cooperators on illicit trafficking of narcotic and psychotropic substances; in addition to association.
