Iran unveils “GAZA” drone: THREE new defenses on the heels of the Israel/Hamas fighting
The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps revealed three new pieces of defense hardware on Friday, including a surface-to-air missile system, a radar system, and a drone it is calling “Gaza”.
The new drone is reportedly capable of various surveillance, combat, and reconnaissance missions with a flight duration of 35 hours. It can reportedly carry up to 13 bombs for over 2000km – which, if true, puts ISRAEL and Tel Aviv within its operating range.
Israel’s PM Netanyahu earlier revealed the Israeli military on Tuesday shot down an “Iranian” drone – sent from Iraq or Syria amid the Gaza escalation. It’s unclear though what kind of drone it was.
