Joint Efforts 2020 exercise in Ukraine on opposition to the Russian Caucasus 2020

Reconnaissance, fighter and bomber aviation of NATO countries will take part in the upcoming Joint Efforts 2020 exercise, which will be held on the territory of Ukraine in opposition to the Russian Caucasus 2020 maneuvers, and the joint use of Special Operations Forces and Air Assault Units is expected.

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine also noted that they will receive, process and transfer information from partners in the interests of fire damage.An automated fire control system will be used.

A massive use of units and subunits of missile forces and artillery is planned in conjunction with the aviation of the Air Force and anti-aircraft missile forces.

In total, about 12 thousand military personnel will take part in the exercises, of which about 8 thousand are directly at the training grounds during the practical phase of the exercises. It is planned to attract up to 50 units of artillery systems, about 80 tanks and 450 combat armored vehicles, as well as warships, army aviation and air forces, including the Neptune and Alder complexes and the Turkish-made Bayraktar TB2 drones.
