Arquus introduced a promising ARMIS, 6×6 multipurpose vehicle (AMN).

With its improved and reinforced chassis, the ARMIS 6×6 is comfortable off-road and crossing even the most difficult terrain. It is equipped with an 11-liter engine with 460 horsepower (Euro 5) that allows it to clear ramps of 50%. Close to the Jaguar EBRC engine, this engine gives it great agility and allows it to accompany the latest generation of combat vehicles on the battlefield. Its gearbox, equipped with the Ultra-Low Crawler option, allows it to stop safely on slopes. Brake assist also helps save the main brakes on steep grades. Presented in a dynamic demonstration on the Satory test track during Arquus Day, the ARMIS 6×6 demonstrated its extremely high mobility and discretion.

Arquus is promoting it for the French army, which, within the framework of the current armament program, plans to start a major project for the purchase of some 7,000 NMAs, with the first 80 planned for 2025.

Arquus, formerly Renault Trucks Defense, is a French company specialized in military vehicles belonging to the Swedish group Volvo.
